Internship Opportunities for YWPN Alumni
Is your organization interested in making a significant impact with YWPN? Alumni of the Young Women’s Preparatory Network (YWPN) are currently seeking college internship opportunities. These young women possess exceptional leadership capabilities, academic excellence, and strong motivation.
One Internship. A Lifetime of Impact.
Access to a meaningful internship can change how a young woman sees her future. For the students of Young Women’s Preparatory Network, these experiences turn academic effort into real world confidence, clarify career interests, and build early professional networks that are often out of reach for students from low-income communities.
The YWPN Internship Program creates these opportunities for both high school and college students through meaningful, paid placements with committed hosts.
What it means to host a YWPN intern
- Provide a paid, professional internship in a real workplace setting.
- If you cannot pay, YWPN will find funding elsewhere. The opportunity is too valuable to miss.
- Offer meaningful, field-related work rather than observation only
- Commit to 30 to 40 hours per week for eight weeks, June through August
- Change the life of a young woman with the opportunity to be a part of your organization
