At TXWSW, we believe in the power of purpose-driven leadership. Founded in 2008, TXWSW is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization created by senior women in finance with the goal of bringing together professional women across the industry to foster connection, education, and career advancement.

Philanthropy has always been a core part of our mission. Through our partnership with the Young Women’s Preparatory Network, we are proud to support the education and development of underserved girls across Texas, empowering the next generation of female leaders.

Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, from planning local events and contributing to statewide programs to furthering our philanthropic goals. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just beginning your career, there’s a meaningful place for you here.

Ways to Get Involved

  • Programming Committee: Help plan and host a variety of events in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio that bring together women in finance for networking, education, and community-building.
  • Young Women’s Engagement: Support our partnership with the Young Women’s Preparatory Network by coordinating mentorship opportunities, career panels, or college-readiness programming for students across Texas.
  • Philanthropy & Fundraising: Assist in developing and supporting initiatives that raise awareness and funds for our philanthropic mission, empowering young women through education and leadership development.
  • Leadership Opportunities: After a few years of active volunteer service, dedicated members may be considered for board membership or leadership roles within TXWSW, helping shape the future of the organization.
