As we enter the final quarter of 2025, I want to express my sincere gratitude to each of you who make this organization so meaningful. Collectively, we have navigated some deeply challenging events together over these past months. However, what continues to inspire me is how you’ve shown up for one another and for our mission. Despite different perspectives, you’ve chosen connection and community and have dedicated yourselves to supporting the exceptional young women at the YWPN schools. In a world that often feels uncertain, one thing remains constant – the remarkable commitment and professionalism of our members.
I’m pleased to share some highlights of the accomplishments we’ve achieved together:
State of the Markets 2025 – Thank you for making this event such a success. Through your participation and the generous support of our sponsors and speakers, we raised over $40,000 for the YWPN. I look forward to building on this momentum for 2026 with your continued support and participation. Stay tuned for more details on the 2026 State of the Markets.
Young Women’s Preparatory Network– We are tremendously proud of the YWPN leadership, faculty and students as they were recently recognized in the U.S. News and World Report 2025 Best High Schools Rankings. EIGHT schools across Texas were ranked statewide and nationwide. This is a powerful testament to the future leaders we’re supporting. Congratulations to the entire network.
Chapter Events – The engagement at our networking events across the state has been exceptional. Your participation creates meaningful connections across our community. Continue following us on social media and through our newsletters as we have valuable opportunities ahead to connect over the next few months, both online and in person.
Growing Our Community – We’ve welcomed many new volunteers across all our chapter cities, including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. These women drive the success of our events, so please take a moment to thank our committee members when you see them at gatherings.
I am also delighted to announce an upcoming change:
To strengthen our community connections, we’re implementing a new process for our smaller networking events (this excludes any large-scale events like C-Suite, State of the Markets, etc.). Registered event participants will receive an email following the event that includes the full names and companies of fellow registrants. Please note, email contacts will be excluded to maintain member privacy. While I encourage direct networking during events, this resource will provide additional opportunities to build lasting professional relationships via LinkedIn and more. We appreciate your support and welcome any feedback as we implement this change.
As we move through the remainder of the year, our focus remains steadfast: delivering excellent Networking, Education, and Philanthropy opportunities that advance women in finance while empowering the next generation of leaders. Thank you for being the foundation of Texas Wall Street Women. I’m honored to lead this organization alongside all of you.
With sincere appreciation,
Ashleigh White
President
