Dr. Vivek Mohindra

Vivek Mohindra is Dell Technologies’ Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, working in close partnership with the Offices of the CEO and COO to develop and drive strategies that ensure Dell’s continued market leadership. Prior to joining the Corporate Strategy Office, Vivek led a business within Dell’s Client Solutions Group, with a focus on modernizing the client product journey and accelerating the aaS businesses.

During his first tenure with Dell (2005-2008), he held key executive roles at the corporate level, in client product group, in marketing and in sales. He returned to Dell in 2020. 

Vivek’s industry experience includes serving as a Partner in the High-Tech practice of McKinsey & Company where he co-led the global semiconductor practice based in the U.S. and South Korea, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Transformation at Freescale Semiconductor working on its turnaround after privatization and a successful IPO, Operating Group Partner at TPG Capital working with the Tech buyouts team and portfolio companies, and Partner at New Science Ventures making venture investments in Tech and Life Sciences sectors.

Vivek has served on the Board of Directors for over 10 public and private companies including GlobalFoundries and CyberOptics. He currently serves on the Advisory Council of Carnegie Mellon University’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Vivek received his Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee), and his MBA and PhD in Chemical Engineering (in semiconductor processing) concurrently from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Angie Ruan is a renowned technology leader and transformational executive who currently serves as the Divisional CTO for Nasdaq Capital Access Platforms (CAP). A digital innovator with expertise spanning AI, cloud, mobile, payments, e-commerce, DevOps, enterprise software, and infrastructure, Angie has a track record of spearheading business transformations across major companies. Her passion lies in connecting business, technology, and people to maximize their potential and drive meaningful impact. A champion for diversity and inclusion in tech, Angie was the President of eWIT (eBay Women in Tech), a grassroots organization supporting the advancement of women in technology with over 2,000 global members. Her pioneering efforts and accomplishments earned her induction into the WITI Women in Tech Hall of Fame in 2021. She holds four technical patents and is passionate about mentoring and empowering the next generation of technologists and entrepreneurs. Angie received her M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, after studying Computer Science at Tsinghua University in China. Her foundation is rooted in technology leadership, and she is driven by a mission to make a positive difference in the world we live in. Driven by a commitment to uplift others, Angie enjoys sharing her insights from her career journey and how we can encourage more young women to enter the tech field.

Bobby Jones

Bobby Jones is the Senior Portfolio Manager at 1900 Wealth, an RIA based in San Antonio with a presence in Austin and the Hill Country. Bobby joined 1900 Wealth after an institutional career spanning banking, private investments, auto finance, and most recently investment management for a large insurer in San Antonio. Bobby brings his institutional knowledge base of markets and products to 1900 Wealth and its clients. At 1900 Wealth, Bobby is responsible for portfolio construction and asset allocation on behalf of clients including high-net-worth families, and institutions who have collectively invested over $2.5 billion with 1900 Wealth.

Lynn Alexander

Lynn joined Kelso in 2010. She is focused on marketing, fundraising, and investor relations. She spent the preceding eight years as an active leader in a variety of non-profit organizations and raising her four children. She spent the previous seven years in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch & Co., eventually becoming Director. She also spent three years as an Associate in the Natural Resources Investment Banking group at Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Lynn earned an M.B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1991 and received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University in 1986. She holds a Certificate in Management Accounting. She has been a member of the Business Advisory Council of the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business since its inception in 2001, chairing the Council from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business honored her as a “Distinguished Alumna”. She served on the Investment Advisory Committee for the Texas Tech University endowment from 2014 to 2020, chairing it from 2018 to 2020. She is also a member of the SMU Cox School of Business Executive Board and a member of the Episcopal High School Board of Trustees.

Leah R. Bennett, CFA

Leah R. Bennett is the Chief Investment Strategist at Concurrent Investment Advisors, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in asset management, wealth strategy, and financial leadership. She provides high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and institutions with innovative investment solutions, strategic guidance, and market insights. Her expertise in portfolio construction, risk management, and wealth preservation enables clients to navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.

Prior to joining Concurrent Investment Advisors, LLC, Leah served as President of Westwood Wealth Management, where she led the firm’s private wealth division, accelerating new business growth and refining its strategic vision. Under her leadership, she customized asset allocations for clients and successfully launched and managed multiple investment portfolios, overseeing several billions in assets. She also held key leadership roles as Co-Chief Investment Officer at South Texas Money Management and Chief Investment Officer at King Investment Advisors, where she played a pivotal role in portfolio management, business development, and investment research. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Fixed-Income Product Specialist at The Capital Group, helping to launch and develop investment strategies for one of the world’s largest asset managers.

A recognized thought leader in the financial industry, Leah has appeared on Bloomberg, CNBC, Fox Business News, and Reuters, sharing insights on markets, investment trends, and economic outlooks. She previously served on the CFA Institute Global Board of Governors, contributing to the advancement of ethical and professional standards in investment management.

Leah is deeply committed to philanthropy, believing in the mission and impact of creating customized giving strategies. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of several nonprofit organizations, including the CHRISTUS Foundation for Healthcare, ArtPace, Girl Scouts of San Jacinto, and Performing Arts Houston.

Beyond her professional and philanthropic achievements, Leah is an avid traveler and tennis enthusiast who enjoys exploring new cultures and staying active on the court. She is also a very avid art collector and supporter of the important voice that artists play in our communities.

Craig D. Crow

Chief Investment Officer

Trinity University

Craig Crow, CIO, joined Trinity University as its inaugural Director of Investments in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing Trinity’s $1.5bn investment portfolio, aided by Trinity’s consultant and Investment Committee. Prior to joining Trinity, Craig worked at Rice Management Company where he was a generalist investment professional for Rice’s $5.3bn endowment and responsible for research, analysis, and monitoring across an extensive range of asset classes and Rice’s portfolio of investments. Previously, he was an Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Asset Management division, where he advised family offices on investment management decisions, including asset allocation, manager selection, and opportunistic investments. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he worked in Corporate Development for Miner Holding Co., a portfolio of privately held industrial service companies, where he led value-creation efforts through strategic investment pursuits.

Post-college, Craig started his career playing professional baseball in the Texas Rangers Organization and was drafted in the 11th round of the 2006 MLB First Year Player’s Draft. He was an all‐conference pitcher for the Owls baseball team.

Mark Rose, CFA

Mark Rose is the former Chief Investment Officer of Argo Group (2013-2024), where he successfully managed a $5 billion diversified investment portfolio. With a deep understanding of markets, investment asset classes, regulatory compliance, and accounting, he navigated the complexities of insurance investing across multiple market cycles and regulatory jurisdictions, including several U.S. states, Bermuda, and Lloyd’s (UK). Prior to Argo Group, Mark was a successful credit analyst and investor at Deephaven Capital, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Royal Bank of Canada.

Christina Wu, CAIA

Christina Wu is currently deputy chief investment officer at the Dallas Police and Fire Pension Fund. She rejoined the Fund from the Fort Worth Employees’ Retirement Fund where she oversaw private markets investments. Her institutional investment experience includes all asset classes with a focus on private markets investments. Christina holds a MBA from Southern Methodist University, a MS from Texas A & M University, and a MS from Kansas State University. She is also a CAIA charter holder.
