Neala Doyle Moore
President, Sapphire Compliance Management, LLC
Neala Moore is the President of Sapphire Compliance Management, LLC, a compliance consulting firm servicing small and mid-size SEC and state registered investment advisers. Prior to starting Sapphire, Neala was the Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for Matterhorn Capital Management, LLC. At Matterhorn, she developed their operations and compliance programs. Prior to joining Matterhorn, Neala gained front office experience as financial adviser with UBS Financial Services, Inc.
She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago with honors before receiving her law degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Ms. Moore has held the following FINRA licenses: Series 7, 31 and 66. She is a retired member of the Michigan, Illinois, and Federal bar associations.
Neala is an avid community advocate who is currently the President of the NSCP’s Austin Compliance Roundtable and the San Antonio Compliance Roundtable. She has served as the Treasurer for Impact San Antonio, Treasurer for the National Association of Women Business Owners – San Antonio; and as the President of the American Business Women’s Association Connections Chapter.
