As a member of JLL’s Tenant Representation team, Kimarie Ankenbrand is responsible for developing new business relationships, providing market research, performing financial analysis, lease negotiation and documentation for corporate users. Kimarie brings strong analytical and market knowledge to the facilities planning, relocation, and negotiation process. 

Kimarie has nine years of experience in the Dallas / Fort Worth market. In addition to her Masters in Finance and Real Estate knowledge, she brings over five years of experience in corporate strategy and finance. Her background brings a skills set to the table that is always beneficial in complex real estate transactions. 

The past few years Kimarie has been part of the Americas Brokerage leadership team in growing and managing the Brokerage business across the country, producing double digit, year over year growth since 2009. 

Kimarie earned her Masters Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Texas A&M, where she was a member of the Texas A&M Division I Women’s Swimming Team. 

Kimarie is actively involved with the Southern Methodist University’s Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
