Jolie Cypert

Jolie CypertJolie Cypert holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Baylor University School of Law, where she served as the Executive President for the Student Bar Association. She also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. Jolie’s experience at a Fortune 50 company, start-ups and family businesses gives her unique insight into the needs of businesses, as well as business owners.
Jolie is a Managing Member of Cypert Law Firm, which she owns with her husband. Jolie has extensive experience in corporate governance and transactions, succession planning, and family business planning. A significant portion of Jolie’s practice is devoted to her client’s estate planning and business needs. Jolie’s business background allows her to effectively advise her clients in all aspects of their business. Jolie is admitted to practice law in Texas and is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Austin Bar Association.
