Cooking demo at Americas River Oaks
Enjoy a hands-on ceviche cooking demo and a refreshing mojito at Americas River Oaks presented by chef David Cordua.
Americas restaurant is noted for its delicious ceviches, which are marinated cold seafood dishes, and Chef Cordua will not only demonstrate how they are prepared but will also teach each one of us how to make them. After the demonstration/preparation, we will all enjoy eating our tasty creations served with a minty mojito. Appetizers will be served before the cooking demonstration, and wines/cocktails may be purchased at happy hour prices.
We will be joined at this event by Delesa Thomas, Principal of the Young Women’s College Preparatory Academy of Houston for those of you that would like to learn more about the school!
