Carolyn Phillips went from selling warm fuzzies to peddling frozen treats when she left her nonprofit fundraising job to found her first entrepreneurial venture in 2015 as the CEO & Chief Alchemist of Alchemy Pops, a gourmet frozen pop company based in Fort Worth, Texas. Specializing in handcrafted frozen pops made with ingredients sourced from Texas as much as possible, Alchemy Pops is about treating yourself (better) and serving up sunshine and smiles to customers. In 2019, she launched her business coaching and marketing clarity consultancy, Happily Ever in Business, to support entrepreneurs scaling to their potential, with particular emphasis on working with female founders. Carolyn holds a BA in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University and holds an MA in Sustainability from Arizona State University.
