Bill Braxton is a Director for Fixed Income Client Development at Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney and Strauss (BHMS).  Prior to BHMS Bill was a Managing Director focused on Business Development and Client Partnerships for Crestline Investors.
Bill is the Board Chair of the Texas Alternative Investment Association. The Texas Alternative Investment Association (TAIA) is a non-profit organization developed to promote the understanding of the alternative investment industry and dialogue between the regional members of the investment community, through education and communication.
Bill also serves as Treasurer and Board member for the Volunteer Now, a non-profit organization which helps thousands of North Texas non-profits connect with volunteers and a provides a wide range of infrastructural programs and services.
Bill has over 17 years of experience in hedge funds, investment management, entrepreneurship and corporate finance. Bill’s focus has been in sales, marketing, investment due diligence, finance and various entrepreneurial ventures. Bill is also a founding partner of Low Testosterone Men’s Clinic, Hydration Heroes and Braxton Associates. Bill has an M.B.A. with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of Business and a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
