Presiding Judge, City of Fort Worth Environmental Court
Prior to joining the City of Fort Worth, Benita Harper worked in civil litigation with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld in the Dallas and San Antonio offices. Ms. Harper graduated from Rice University with a B.A., magna cum laude and phi beta kappa and the University of Houston Law School with a juris doctorate. While in law school, she worked as a Research Editor for the Houston Law Review.
