Aimee L. Stone, J.D., is a partner at Moses, Palmer & Howell. Her practice consists primarily of tax, estate planning, probate and business law. Aimee is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She counsels families on wealth transfer and business succession strategies as part of their estate plans. Aimee advises clients regarding estate and incapacity planning; federal estate, gift and income tax issues including non-profit tax issues; Texas state tax issues; and probate, trust and guardianship administrations. She is past president of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association.
Aimee is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Baylor University School of Law where she was in the Order of the Barristers and a member of the Harvey M. Ritchey Moot Court Society. During that time, she interned with the Hon. Walter S. Smith, Jr. of the District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. Aimee later received her LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
