Megan is a Senior Manager at PwC on the Tech & Analytics team within the Risk and Regulatory Financial Services practice. She specializes in large-scale technology, regulatory, and transformation programs. Megan leads financial services clients through complex, high-stakes initiatives that sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, and is known for translating ambiguity into structured, results-driven delivery.
With a background spanning public policy, technology implementations, and regulatory reporting, Megan brings a distinctive ability to bridge people, process, and technology. She has led multi-workstream programs, advised senior executives, and managed cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth, regulatory change, and organizational transformation.
Megan holds a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in her local community, reading, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
