Stefanie Cavanaugh has more than 25 years of experience as a financial executive working in both public and private equity-sponsored growth-oriented healthcare products and services organizations. She currently serves as a public company board director for Aspira Women’s Health (NASDAQ: AWH) and as a private company CFO for Giving Home Health Care.

Stefanie qualifies as an audit committee financial expert providing extensive knowledge with public company reporting and investor relations requirements. She offers expertise and advice for capital market transactions having led numerous equity and debt financings in both public and private entities. Stefanie guides businesses scaling through high growth initiatives including merger and acquisition transactions and offers a unique perspective intersecting next generation direct patient care with transformative product development.

Stefanie presently serves as CFO for Giving Home Health Care having completed the $470 million acquisition of the company in August 2022 with private equity sponsorship. The strategic vision for Giving is to expand the current southwest region program providing home health services to former DOE employees to a national provider program.

In addition to customary public company reporting, financial planning and capital formation duties, she completed Apollo’s IPO via a reverse merger transaction and managed the company’s $67 million acquisition of the Allergan health products division, establishing operations in the US, Europe, Australia, Brazil and Costa Rica. Renee La Londe

Founder & CEO
itD

My vision for itD (innovate transform Deliver) took root during my time leading teams at industry giants like Apple and Cisco. I repeatedly encountered a frustrating void: consultancies that either levied exorbitant fees without delivering commensurate value or lacked the crucial agility and comprehensive expertise required to tackle truly complex business and technical challenges effectively. I observed a significant cultural disconnect within traditional firms, which fueled my determination to pioneer a better approach—one that genuinely served the needs of both our clients and our talented team members.

As a female founder, the path was undeniably long and fraught with challenges. However, these very experiences became the bedrock upon which I built a fundamentally different kind of company. itD is intentionally architected to address the most pressing and intricate issues confronting businesses today, championing diverse and inclusive ways of thinking that consistently translate into demonstrably superior results. This deep-seated commitment to diversity and inclusion is not just a principle; it’s a practice that has cultivated a global workforce where 54% are women and 59% are individuals from minority backgrounds, underscoring our belief that a multitude of perspectives is indispensable for driving true innovation and achieving impactful outcomes for our valued clients.
