TXWSW Members,

Happy New Year, everyone!

I hope your holidays gave you just what you needed to step into 2026 feeling refreshed. Personally, I enjoyed some much-needed quality time with my husband and kids—and even managed to sleep in a few mornings (7am beats my usual 5am wake-up!). I’m feeling recharged and ready to take on the year ahead!

As Texas Wall Street Women enters its 18th year, I’m reminded that our impact goes far beyond connection. We build community while shaping and strengthening the future of the financial services industry across Texas.

Our mission remains steadfast and clear, as we continue our work connecting, supporting, and advancing women in finance while creating access and opportunity for the next generation. And year after year, TXWSW continues to be the place where relationships turn into mentorship, mentorship turns into leadership, and leadership changes the industry. 2025 was proof of that!

2025 Highlights and Wins

As an organization, we achieved some incredible things together, and I’d love to highlight a few standout moments:

Events: We loved seeing so many of you at our chapter gatherings! The most popular events for 2025 included Austin and Dallas’ December Holiday Luncheons, Fort Worth’s August Happy Hour, Houston’s November Golf Clinic, and San Antonio’s February Mahjong & Mingle. Each one was a fantastic reminder that strategic networking and continuous learning is a catalyst for growth, opportunity, and longevity in our careers.

Chapter Growth: When I first took on this role, growing our membership and expanding our volunteer base was top of mind. Just over two years later, we’ve made remarkable progress, increasing membership 41%, volunteers 32% and adding two new board members.  That kind of growth happens when people believe in the mission and choose to build it together.

Community Impact: Thanks to our 2025 State of the Market fundraiser, we raised $40,000 for YWPN! Beyond the dollars, our members served as mentors on YWPN campuses statewide and offered valuable insights to alumni through both virtual and in-person networking sessions. This partnership matters because it reflects who we are: women in finance committed to widening access, opening doors, and ensuring a strong pipeline for the future.

What’s Ahead for 2026

Looking ahead, I’m genuinely excited about what’s next. We’re committed to bringing you outstanding programming that strengthens connections, expands visibility, and supports career growth across every chapter.

As We Kick Off the Year, My Ask Is Simple

With all this momentum, I know one thing is true: we can’t do this without you.

Here’s how you can help move TXWSW forward in 2026:

  • Give Your TIME: Volunteer and help us drive the mission forward—every bit counts.
  • Share Your TALENTS: Know someone who would shine as a speaker at one of our events? Reach out and let us know.
  • Offer Your RESOURCES: Have a favorite venue that’s perfect for a networking event? We’d love the connection.

Thank you for showing up, investing in this organization, and being part of what makes TXWSW both relevant and essential.

Here’s to a strong, connected, and impactful 2026 together.

With gratitude,

Ashleigh White
