Angela Farley

Angela Farley is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC), which has been recognized as National Chamber of the Year.

Ms. Farley leads the financial and operational efforts across the DRC’s strategic pillars of economic development, talent attraction, education and workforce, and diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as the pro-growth public policy agenda that supports these areas.

Prior to being named COO & CFO in January 2018, Ms. Farley was the DRC’s Senior Vice President of Education and Workforce for five years, where she led efforts to grow and develop the region’s existing talent and workforce. In this role, she was responsible for connecting business members with education programs, legislative efforts, and partnerships to support regional educational improvements and workforce readiness from pre-K through higher education.

Before joining the DRC in 2012, Ms. Farley was the CFO of Command and Control Environments in Grapevine, Texas. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Certified Management Accountant and consulted for several national firms, including Haynes and Boone LLP, serving clients in highly regulated industries with a specialty focus on government contracts and accounting investigations.

In 2018, Ms. Farley was chosen by Governor Abbott to represent the state of Texas at The White House Summit on State-Federal STEM Education, led by The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. She has also served on a number of boards and councils, including as Governor Abbott’s appointee to the Pathways to Technology Advisory Council, the Dallas County Workforce Board, the Texas Student Success Council, and the Board of Directors for the American Chamber of Commerce of Executives (ACCE).  She currently serves on The EducateDallas PAC Board, the Junior League of Dallas’ Advisory Board, the Broadway Dallas Board, The Commit Partnership Board, and the Board and Executive Committee of the DRC. She is also a member of the DRC’s Executive Women’s Roundtable.

Ms. Farley and her husband, Travis, live in Dallas and have two grown children.

Phoebe Park

Phoebe is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sabi Partners LLC, which is a search fund established with the sole purpose of acquiring and operating one business in the healthcare sector. As the daughter of two entrepreneurs, she believes hustle, hard work, and humility are core building blocks in her DNA.

Phoebe spent nearly a decade as a Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Dallas, Texas. Most recently as a Vice President, she was responsible for business development and relationship management for ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and foundations. She and her team provided strategic, proactive advice to clients in the areas of banking, lending, investing, and estate and wealth transfer planning. Phoebe began her career in public accounting as an auditor at Wagner, Eubank & Nichols (now Whitley Penn), primarily focused on serving family-owned, family-operated businesses within healthcare, financial services, software, and industrials. Her unwavering will to win and tireless determination have served as the foundation for her successful professional career. Phoebe finds great joy in building relationships with and working alongside talented business owners, which has compelled her to pursue her next step as a business owner and operator.

Phoebe earned her MS in Management (2023) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she graduated as a Robert L. Joss Scholar. She served as Co-President of the Student Association and was actively involved in Women’s Search Network, publishing the organization’s inaugural newsletter series. She continues to be an active member of the alumni community, participating in a variety of initiatives.

At Southern Methodist University, Phoebe earned both her MS (2013) and BBA (2012) in Accounting and her Minor in Advertising (2012). She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. In addition, Phoebe serves as a Board Member for Texas Wall Street Women. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and anything involving physical fitness, including Peloton cycling, running, and hiking.

Cindy Ryan

Chief Development Officer, YWPN

Cindy Ryan, Chief Development Officer, is a seasoned fundraising leader with over two decades of experience spearheading non-profit organizations’ development efforts. With a rich skill set encompassing grant writing, relationship building, corporate fundraising, event management, and communication strategies, Cindy brings invaluable expertise to her role. Cindy’s 13-year tenure at YWPN as Senior Development Officer and now as Chief Development Officer highlights her proficiency in engaging and nurturing corporate partnerships, cultivating relationships with foundations and individual donors, and managing a successful fundraising department.

Devin Holland

Senior Analyst and Partner, Ranger Investment Management

Devin is a Senior Analyst with research responsibility for the consumer discretionary and consumer staples industries. She also serves on the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion committee. She joined Ranger Investments as an Associate Trader in 2015. Devin graduated Cum Laude from Davidson College in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science.

Karen Hughes White

President & CEO, Texas Women's Foundation

Karen Hughes White serves at the President & CEO of Texas Women’s Foundation. A dynamic, mission-driven and results-oriented leader, Karen has spent the past 20 years leading nonprofit organizations focused on the needs of women and children. Karen began her nonprofit career with Susan G. Komen as the Managing Director of Sports and Sponsorships. She then served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In 2014, she began her tenure as Tri Delta’s Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure, Karen increased engagement among the organization’s 250,000 collegiate and alumnae members worldwide with a focus on personal and professional development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, access and belonging. Additionally, Karen helped grow the impact of Tri Delta’s Foundation, more than doubling its assets.

When she’s not advocating for Texas women and girls, she enjoys time with her three children and playing pickleball, practicing Pilates or walking her rescue dog, Murdock.

Camille Sassman

Chief Financial Officer, CPA

Ms. Sassman joined Crestline in 2000 and manages the financial reporting and back office operations for the firm. Prior to 2012, Ms. Sassman served as Controller, responsible for financial reporting, treasury oversight and compliance matters. From 2002 through 2006, she also served as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing and managing compliance and regulatory affairs for the firm. During her tenure at Crestline, Ms. Sassman has worked with fund of funds, private equity, lending, hedge fund, secondary and opportunistic strategies. Prior to joining Crestline, Ms. Sassman was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s audit practice with both public and private clients primarily in the investment industry. Ms. Sassman earned her B.B.A. in Accounting with honors from Tarleton State University.

Megan Nicholson

Partner, ImageArb

Megan Nicholson is a Partner with ImageArb LLC, a communications consultant and graphic design firm that solely focuses on the investment management industry. Megan previously served as a Senior Vice President at Jefferies LLC, where she led Capital Introductions and Prime Brokerage Sales efforts for Texas and the Southeast region. Prior to joining Jefferies, Megan was Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at Raven Rock Capital, a corporate credit hedge fund based in Chapel Hill, NC. Megan previously spent 4 years with both Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in New York in a Capital Introductions role, where she developed strong relationships with institutional investors ranging from single family offices to some of the world’s largest public pensions. Megan holds a BA in French and Communications from Boston College and an MBA in Investment Management from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Michelle Bogan

Michelle Bogan is passionate about helping organizations have a profound impact on their employees, businesses, and communities through their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. She is the Founder and CEO of Equity At Work™, known for creating innovative, customized solutions for even the most complex DEI challenges. Her clients outperform their peers in revenue and margin growth, productivity, engagement, and retention.

Michelle is also on the Investment Committee of RevTech Venture Capital, on the Advisory Board of AI-tech firm Theatro, a member of Forbes’ Business Council, and has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Bloomberg, and more. Before this, she spent 25 years working at Accenture, Kurt Salmon, Macy’s Inc., and The Walt Disney Company, and is a graduate of UC Berkeley.

Margette Hepfner

Chief Operating Officer, Willow Bridge (formerly Lincoln Property)

Margette Hepfner, Chief Operating Officer for Willow Bridge, brings over 20 years of multifamily industry experience. Hepfner is responsible for the executive oversight of all daily operations for Willow Bridge’s multifamily portfolio of over 200,000 units. Margette is currently a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Political Action Committee, Past Chairperson of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) National Suppliers Council and has served on numerous committees in both organizations. She received a Master in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
