Stacy Murray is an experienced accounting and finance leader who has served a diverse set of industries. She has been recruited into her roles for leadership, ability to run high performing teams in a public or private environment and for the ability to create key relationships with the board, executive leadership team and peers. She has M&A experience as an acquirer and as an acquiree, has gone public to private, and also private to public.

She is currently the Chief Accounting Officer for Pluralsight, a PE backed technology development software company. Prior to Pluralsight, Stacy served as Vice President Accounting North America for Rentokil-Terminix and previous to that as Chief Accounting Officer for Avantax. 

Priyanka Malkoti

Priyanka Malkoti is an accomplished technology leader and patent holder with over 20 years of international experience, primarily in financial services. She has led transformative initiatives from concept to completion, with a strong focus on AI integration and innovation.

She is currently leading the technology and AI transformation at Xclaymation, a multinational marketing and branding company, where she focuses on creating customer-centric solutions that blend creativity with advanced technology.

Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration and openness, with an emphasis on helping teams grow while staying future-ready.

Marjorie Murat

Marjorie Murat is the Chief Executive Officer at Dallas Afterschool – the leading intermediary agency that levels the playing field for children of all races and economic backgrounds by increasing the quality and availability of Out-of-School Time (OST) programs for over 19,000 students in Dallas County.  As the CEO of Dallas Afterschool, she believes that it is not only about closing the achievement gap but more importantly the experiential gaps that exist. Being able to build quality Out of School Time communities by providing essential services and focusing on quantifiable, sustainable, and scalable solutions that changes lives is what drives her to do the work that she does.

She has over 25 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations providing impactful direct services, leadership, and being a people-centric change-maker who produces results. She is driven and committed to the belief that education, including OST, is crucial to solving inequities, and is passionate about educating people of all ages that their circumstances do not define them.

Marjorie holds a BA in Sociology and a MA in Counseling as well as being a Licensed Childcare Director through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

She holds a Non-Profit Leadership Certificate from Southern Methodist University, is a Leadership Dallas Alumni, as well as being an alumni of Leadership ISD, Bridging Fellow with the Independent Sector, and the Black Women in Non-Profit Leadership.

She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Andrea Hulcy

Andrea Hulcy is the Chief Financial Officer at Tolleson Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include managing the finance and accounting functions for its consolidated group. Andrea is also a member of the CEO Council, Asset and Liability Committee, Trust Committee and Risk Committee for the firm.

Before joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Andrea served as Chief Financial Officer at ID90 Travel, a venture-backed travel start-up where she managed the transition of all finance functions from the Argentina office to Dallas and established a corporate finance team, infrastructure, policies, and procedures and financial reporting from the ground up. Andrea’s responsibilities also included financial planning and analysis, debt and equity financings, and the implementation of key systems including financial reporting, business intelligence, equity and customer service systems.

Andrea also served as Vice President and Controller at AMFM, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Clear Channel Communications. While at AMFM, Inc., Andrea was responsible for financial accounting, SEC reporting, information systems and tax planning, compliance, and managed a corporate office staff of 25 employees and regional controllers responsible for 125+ major market radio stations.

Andrea began her career as an Audit Manager for KPMG and later joined American Airlines as an Accounting Manager responsible for providing corporate oversight of the AMR Corporation balance sheet and managing a staff of 10 financial analysts. Andrea holds a Master in Professional Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Charlotte McChesney, CPA

With over 18 years of experience in the banking industry, Charlotte McChesney brings deep expertise in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership. As Senior Vice President and Controller at Legend Bank, she oversees accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and payroll functions, ensuring operational excellence and fiscal integrity across the organization.

Charlotte began her career in public accounting, where she supported clients with financial reporting, tax preparation, public entity audits, and payroll services. Her broad foundation in both public and private sectors has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and stakeholder needs.

Beyond her role at Legend Bank, Charlotte serves as the Dallas Group President for Financial Women in Texas (FWIT), a statewide organization dedicated to empowering women in finance. Through FWIT, she channels her passion for mentorship and professional development, helping others grow in their careers and enrich their personal lives.

Charlotte holds a BBA from Midwestern University and an MBA from Texas Woman’s University. She earned her CPA designation in 2009.

Jessica Lovell

Jessica Lovell is a senior banking leader and founder of Raevolution Speaking, where she inspires leaders to lead with courage, drop perfectionism, and own their stories. Rising from humble beginnings, she began her career as a part-time bank teller at 18 and worked her way to Senior Vice President and Director of Customer Experience. With over 27 years in the financial industry, she leads strategies that enhance satisfaction and strengthen digital engagement. As the outgoing president of Financial Women in Texas, Jessica led statewide initiatives to mentor and elevate women in finance. Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and authentic leadership, she shares her message with audiences nationwide, drawing from her own journey to help others embrace the courage to be real.

Lynn McBee

As the Chief Executive Officer, Lynn McBee is dedicated to empowering underserved girls in Texas and guiding them toward successful college pathways. Hailing from Freeport, Texas, Lynn’s journey, beginning with a quality secondary and post-secondary public education, is a testament to the power of education. Her trajectory in STEM fields and community leadership roles fuels her passion to teach and lead other young women on similar paths of achievement.

Katrina Starkie joined CL Life and Annuity as the Director, Controller of Insurance Business. Ms. Starkie brings over 15 years of industry experience having previously held Controller positions at multiple life insurance companies. Ms. Starkie has extensive experience in Statutory accounting and will manage CL Life’s financial processes, and overseeing the administration of the life and annuity business. Ms. Starkie received her Accounting degree from the University of Birmingham, England and is a Chartered Accountant.
