Join TXWSW for a class designed to give you an understanding of the principal grape varieties, and their wines, and why they have certain aromas and flavors.
We’ll look beyond Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, examining the typical regions for great wine, both from the USA and around the world, and how they match with food. This knowledge will help give the wow factor when choosing wine in a restaurant, or in a store; either for yourself, friends, or a client.
You’ll also go home with a resource containing the best books, wine apps, wine stores, ‘go to’ wines and other reference materials. Our wine guide for the evening: Nick Helliwell
