Nicole Blythe is an audit partner in the Dallas office and serves as the National Managing Partner of People Experience. Nicole has more than 23 years of in-depth audit and accounting experience and is a business partner who is passionate about creating a remarkable people experience. Nicole’s auditing experience includes working with public and private companies, primarily in the healthcare industry. She serves as the audit technical resource for the members of our firm’s healthcare industry team. Nicole is also a member of the AICPA Health Care Expert Panel. Nicole’s people experience responsibilities include talent acquisition, culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, alumni programs, and employee relations. Nicole also serves as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Grant Thornton. During her career, Nicole has mentored numerous individuals, been active in diversity and inclusion programs, and led numerous training programs and speaking engagements. Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
