If you are in asset management, the one article you need to read this week is in AI-CIO Magazine entitiled The Missing Women of Asset Management The article starts with the question – 90% of all senior money managers are men – why? The article is very direct and is a must read. One of the fascinating points it brings up is that women’s performance is better which of course begs the question why there are so few women managing money. The other point made is that there are some great women out there, but they are hidden. http://ai-cio.com/channels/
