Lisa is a Partner in the Boston office with extensive experience in Financial Services. She a member of the Asset and Wealth Management Practice as well as a member of the firm’s Global Leadership practice where she works with clients on talent assessment, development, and executive coaching. She is a Certified Professional Coach, trained at iPEC, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program, and is certified in the Hogan Assessment product suite.
Lisa’s recent assignments include searches for a Chief Risk Officer, Global Head of Distribution, Head of Quantitative Research, Economist/Investment Strategist, Multi-Asset Solutions Director, Global Head of Operations & Data, and a Diversity & Inclusion project.
Prior to Odgers, Lisa was an Executive Director at a large global search firm. She previously served as Managing Partner of 76 Search partners, a firm she originally co-founded as 75 Search Partners and later sold. Before launching her own firm, Lisa and a partner rebuilt an executive search practice for Putnam Investments. Lisa’s knowledge of financial services and asset management includes an additional 12 years of trading and investment research sales experience at Credit Suisse First Boston and Kidder Peabody, where she was FINRA registered Series 7, 63, and 3.
Lisa received her B.A. from St. Lawrence University. An active member of the firm’s Diversity effort, Lisa works frequently with clients to assess and manage their talent diversity initiatives. She has been a featured speaker for Citigroup’s Boston Women Investors Network luncheon and a “Diversity, Inclusion, and Unconscious Bias” panelist for Institutional Investor’s US Institute for HR Directors conference. Lisa has been a longtime trustee of Brookwood School on Boston’s north shore and served as a member of the Board of Overseers for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston.
