TXWSW Virtual Event – Total Wellbeing:  a Webinar on the Importance of Mental & Physical Self-care with Claire Hetherington Darr 

Claire Hetherington Darr will share her own personal journey on how she was able to reach optimal health over the last seven months, including how she is now showing up as a more empowered and engaged employee, wife, mother, and friend. She will also be sharing actionable tips that can help you deal with the stresses of daily life in a more positive and impactful way to help improve your total wellbeing.

This presentation is designed for women that want to embrace self-care and be more present in all aspects of their life. 

This program is reserved for only our women members and guests and will last approximately 30 minutes followed by a 15 min Q&A session.
