Cheryl Lynette Hines has served as a Director and Portfolio Manager at TRS (Teacher Retirement System of Texas) with the responsibility of managing over $2 Billion in assets across all major asset classes including, domestic and international public markets, alternative investments, private equity, real estate, and venture capital. She has also served as a Senior Investment Officer at JP Morgan Asset Management, Alliance Capital and Oppenheimer Asset Management and is skilled at managing institutional portfolios, providing thought leadership and investment advice. She has over 15 years of investment experience and BA and MBA from Cornell and Columbia Universities, respectively.
