Amy Carenza is a Managing Director with PNC’s Corporate and Institutional Bank division. In this role, she works with mid-large cap companies, spanning myriad industries, providing strategic advising and execution with respect to debt and equity capital markets, domestic and international treasury, global trade, rates, currencies and employee benefits.  She also works alongside industry partners to help identify and advance M&A opportunities.
Prior to joining PNC in 2017, Amy had a long career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Senior Vice President and Senior Client Manager in the Global Commercial Bank.  Amy has been recognized throughout her career for her intense focus on client acquisition and deepening client relationships.  Furthermore, Amy has a passion for technology and product innovation and currently hold two patents related to emerging technologies she has developed for use within financial services.
Amy received a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and currently holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Certifications.  She lives in Dallas with her husband and two children where she also serves on the Board of Directors for My Second Chance, an organization which provides supportive services to women in crisis and the Corporate Committee of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
