The Washington Post published an article noting the importance of having a strong inner circle of other professional women who provide support and gender-specific career advice. The findings were based on a study from the National Academy of Sciences who surveyed some of the most successful business women. The full article can be found here.
If you think women don’t need other women to succeed, note that Paul Weiss recently announced its most recent partner class comprised of 11 white men and only one woman.
