Penny Novick is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in Prime Brokerage within the Institutional Equity Division and is the Global Business CFO. She has been with the Firm since 2000 and is based in New York. Prior to her current role, she was an Executive Director in the Multi-Asset Class team in Prime Brokerage and prior to that an Executive Director in the Business Improvement Group.
Penny is also Chair of Morgan Stanley’s Women’s Business Alliance, which is a premier organization whose purpose is to connect, empower and develop women leaders in order to expand opportunities for our employees, our clients and our shareholders. The organization’s mantra is “More women. Better business”, and provides programming to support its main objectives.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Penny was at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she was a Principal Consultant in the Risk Management Consulting practice. Penny holds a BS from Cornell University, graduating With Distinction and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. She also holds a CPA license with the State of New York.
