Mary Grace Gardner, MPH, is a corporate transformation leader, multi-passionate entrepreneur, & keynote speaker who helps ambitious change-makers design and achieve the life they want without limits. 

She has been featured in US News and World Report, CNBC, Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, and Fast Company. She is devoted to helping professionals and leaders achieve their personal and professional goals with ease and joy by optimizing their performance.

As a lean six sigma black belt and Asian-American commercial model, Mary Grace rose quickly in her career, leading large-scale transformations in hospital and medical device industries, launching an educational coaching practice, and co-founding a corporate consulting company offering personal and professional development certifications.

As the CEO and founder of The Young Professionista, she specializes in helping students find their future careers by supporting them to launch passion projects. And, as co-founder of Human Centered Reliability, she leads organizations on journeys to reach their optimal performance through growth mindset, leadership, and project management development.
