Fireside Reflections: Holiday Philanthropy Event

Join TXWSW Fort Worth for a special Fireside Chat and Holiday Luncheon featuring two distinguished women leaders in finance as they share their career journeys, leadership insights, and reflections on the evolving role of women in the industry.

This inspiring event will also spotlight students from the Young Women’s Leadership Academy (YWLA) in Fort Worth, who will share their personal stories and the impact of their education.

Your participation supports a meaningful cause. Proceeds from the event directly benefit the Young Women’s Preparatory Network, empowering the next generation of leaders.

Paula Roberts

Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Roberts joined Crestline in 2005 and has been in the investment advisory industry for over 25 years and has experience in registration, regulatory filings, disclosing conflicts of interest, rules on personal trading, reviewing marketing materials and maintaining compliance policies and procedures. Ms. Roberts was named CCO in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s compliance program. She leads the Compliance Committee and also sits on Crestline’s Valuation Committees. Prior to joining Crestline, Ms. Roberts worked at HBK Investments, L.P. as financial reporting manager. Ms. Roberts is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP), as well as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. She holds a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Accounting with honors from Texas Women’s University.

Melinda Lilly

Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer

Ms. Lilly, Managing Director, joined SummitTX in 2015 and is the Chief Administrative Officer after serving as SummitTX’s Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Crestline, Ms. Lilly was the Director of Operations at Paradigm Advisors in Dallas, with responsibilities in various business capacities, including compliance, research, operations, and investor relations. Before joining Paradigm Advisors, Ms. Lilly was a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments, working in trading, client service, and branch operations and as a point person to Fidelity’s high-net-worth clientele. Ms. Lilly graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Lee University.
