Rebecca Petereit is an attorney at Vinson & Elkins LLP. Ms. Petereit’s primary area of practice includes all aspects of restructuring and reorganization work, including the representation of debtors, lenders, creditors and trustees. She has significant experience representing clients in contested matters and adversary proceedings before federal bankruptcy and district courts.
Ms. Petereit received her Bachelor of Science from University of Delaware (2002) and her Juris Doctor from UCLA Law (2005). She is admitted to practice in both California and Texas.

Tiffany Ramirez is the Chief Compliance Officer for RGT Wealth Advisors (“RGT”), an independent wealth advisory firm with offices in Dallas, TX and Newport Beach, CA. Prior to joining RGT, Ms. Ramirez worked with an independent consulting firm that provides compliance consulting services to investment advisers and private fund managers. She was previously the Chief Compliance Officer of global private equity firm, Kildare Partners, and long/short equity hedge fund, Paradigm Advisors, LLC. Ms. Ramirez began her investment career at Carlson Capital.
Ms. Ramirez received her Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Dallas (2004), where she is presently working on her MBA.
Ms. Ramirez is active in the Dallas investment community. She is a member of several professional organizations, including The Texas Hedge Fund Association, The DFW Compliance Roundtable, The National Society of Compliance Professionals, and Texas Wall Street Women. She currently serves Texas Wall Street Women as the co-chair of the Philanthropy Committee.

Liz Boydston is a senior associate in the Dallas office of Norton Rose Fulbright, where her practice focuses on business and financial restructuring and insolvency and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright in 2009, she served for nearly two years as judicial law clerk to Chief Bankruptcy Judge Bill Parker in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Texas.
Ms. Boydston holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University (2003) and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (2007).

Melinda Lilly serves as the Associate Director of Equity Solutions for Crestline Investors, Inc. Previously, Ms. Lilly was the Director of Operations for Paradigm Advisors, LLC. She has extensive experience in both the healthcare and investment industries, including seven years of buy-side experience with Fidelity Investments.
Ms. Lilly graduated with high honors from Lee University in Cleveland, TN with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1999). She is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has served TXWSW as a member of the philanthropy committee for three years.

Heather Nelson has been with Morgan Stanley for more than 10 years. She currently works with prime brokerage clients throughout Texas, assisting in various capacities of their business operations. Previously, she was a Project Manager, assisting new managers with hedge fund launches and a Client Service Manager, managing relationships and providing daily client service to prime brokerage clients. From 2001 to 2004, she was a Private Equity Partnership Fund Accountant with Geller & Company in NYC.
Ms. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Maine (2000).

Kelly Rumps is a senior vice president and portfolio manager with BB&T where she works with corporate banking relationship mangers to accurately risk-rate and monitor credit risk within the portfolio. Previously, she was a vice president with Bank of Scotland. Her experience includes similar roles with GE Capital, ABB, State Street Bank, and Wells Fargo.
Ms. Rumps holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Marketing from Western Michigan University (1985) and an MBA from the University of Southern California (1993).
