Marianne Scott Dwight
Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company
Ms. Dwight joined the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company in April 2006. As General Counsel, she is responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, investment agreements and other legal documents, working with outside counsel and advising the CEO and CIO on other legal issues.
Prior to joining the Trust Company, Ms. Dwight was in the private practice of law representing clients on legal issues ranging from employment to contract and financial matters. She also has extensive experience in the public sector as general counsel to the Commissioner of Insurance, general counsel to the Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, Assistant Attorney General handling financial, tax and other cases.
Marianne Dwight is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, holds a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a BBA in accounting with honors from Texas A&M University.

Lynne was formerly a Senior Equity Analyst for Employees Retirement System of Texas. As part of the energy team, she focused on global utilities and transportation infrastructure.
Lynne began her financial career at ING Barings as an associate in the Natural Resources Group. After a couple of years of banking, Lynne joined a broadband telecom company where she served as Director of Corporate Development. Following the telecom bubble, Lynne applied her investment banking and corporate experience to distressed debt. Lynne joined ERS as a credit analyst and transitioned to public equities in 2008.

Karen Potter brings nearly 20 years’ experience in business development with the last 15 years in professional services. Her early career in technology led to her founding a services company which she grew to more than 7m in annual sales prior to being acquired in 2000. Karen joined Deloitte Consulting in Chicago in 2001 in a National role within the Strategy & Operations area. After successfully establishing a self-sustaining market channel and strategic software alliance, Karen joined Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services group in 2005. Her primary focus was global anti-corruption consulting and investigative services coordinating many significant world-wide engagements for top clients of Deloitte.
Wanda F. Potts

Wanda has over 20 years of experience in the hedge fund industry specifically in accounting and business administration. Previously, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Phillips Trading Group, Inc., Michael Marcus’ commodity futures and foreign exchange trading firm, and the Chief Financial Officer of Austin Capital Management, a fund-of-funds firm with over $2 billion in assets under management prior to her departure.
Wanda obtained her education at St. Edwards University, is a founding member and Vice President of Texas Wall Street Women, holds a Series 65 license, and is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
After receiving her BBA in finance in 1996 from The University of Texas at Austin, Jessica began working on special projects in the treasury department of Cemex (NYSE: CX). During that time she was based out of the their corporate headquarters in Monterrey, Mexico but was engaged in projects throughout Latin America, the US and Asia Pacific. She returned to the US and completed an MBA at The McCombs School of Business in 2002. The next five years she spent as an institutional salesperson at energy focused investment bank Simmons & Company International. During her tenure at Simmons, Jessica served clients on the West Coast and in Texas.
After returning to Austin in 2007, Jessica worked for venture capital firm MPOWER Labs where she focused on new ventures in Eastern Europe. In 2010, she signed on with Rockspring Capital where she is raising money for a series of private equity real funds. Jessica welcomed her first child, Henry, in July of 2009.
Kimberly Zipfel has over nine years of experience in the financial energy and commodities industry. Most recently Kimberly was the Director of Operations and Compliance at e360 Power LLC, an energy futures investment manager in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining e360, Kimberly was the Operations Manager for Griffon Energy Capital, LLC an energy futures hedge fund investment manager. As an integral team member in the management of three funds, Kimberly oversaw assets in excess of $700M including crude oil, natural gas, electricity, emissions and coal futures positions.
Prior to joining Griffon Energy Capital in 2005, Kimberly worked as a Power Price Position Risk Manager within Commercial Operations at American Electric Power (AEP) in Columbus, Ohio. At AEP, she also worked as a Short-Term Power Trader for the Southwest region of the United States as well as a Transmission Analyst for the US market.
Kimberly is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas Austin McCombs School of Business. Kimberly graduated from The Ohio State University with a BSBA double major in Finance and Real Estate/Urban Analysis. Kimberly also volunteers as a mentor and Career Coach with Foundation Communities.
