Brett Ashley Longoria is a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Avalon Advisors, LLC focusing on alternatives as well as family office services. She joined Avalon in December of 2011 as a Client Advisory Assistant and in 2012 became a Client Advisory Analyst. She graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University, with a B.A. in American Studies. Brett Ashley serves as the President of the Periwinkle Foundation Friends Board and is a volunteer for the Theta Charity Antiques Show and the Houston Alumnae of Kappa Alpha Theta.

Ms. English is currently Divisional Vice President at AIG. She has 30 years of investment industry experience, ranging from Private Banking to Private Equity and almost every aspect of the equity and bond markets. She has been a recognized top performer and was the first successful woman in many aspects of the industry. Ms. English has been certified for investment management, financial planning, and exit strategies and is a professional business coach.
Ms. English served as the founding Executive Director for CC4C, a charity that supports children with rare diseases, where she currently serves on the board. She is also on the advisory committee for the LEAP program, which engages high school age kids in volunteerism.
Ms. English is an honor graduate of the University of Texas Austin. She lives in Austin with her wonderful husband, Brian Spencer, and has two beautiful children, Alayna and Carter, who are rapidly finding their own way in the world. She enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, cycling, and friends who are family, and family who are friends.

Vidisha Prasad is a Managing Director in Guggenheim Securities’ Energy Investment Banking Group, based in Houston, Texas. Ms. Prasad focuses on strategic advisory assignments, asset acquisitions and divestitures, capital markets and restructuring solutions for companies in the upstream oil and gas sector. She has been involved in the execution and origination of more than $50 billion of domestic and cross-border M&A and A&D advisory, leveraged buyout and capital raising transactions over the course of her career, and has worked on projects involving upstream and LNG assets across the US lower-48, deepwater Gulf of Mexico, Africa (onshore and deepwater), Eastern Mediterranean, Russia, UK North Sea and South-East Asia.
Prior to Guggenheim, Ms. Prasad spent nearly 13 years in Citi’s Global Energy Investment Banking practice in Houston, London and New York. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester.
Head of Client Services, Champion Advisors LLC
Victoria Ridgway is the head of Client Services at Champion Advisors LLC. Since joining in early 2015, Victoria is responsible for all client communications and account administration. Prior to Champion, her career has included positions focused on development and community, from grant-writing for the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston to launching a multiespacio. Victoria attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. Victoria is an active member in her community, enjoys a British murder mystery, and always makes her pie crust from scratch.

Marisela Luviano, CPA is a Senior Audit Manager with Melton & Melton, LLP, a local CPA firm, where she provides audit services to investment companies (including investment advisors, hedge funds, and broker-dealers) as well as other industries in the Houston area. Prior to joining Melton & Melton, LLP, Marisela began her career in Dallas in January 2007 with Rothstein Kass. She earned her CPA in Texas in February 2009. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Professional Women, Texas Wall Street Women, and the Texas Hedge Fund Association. She has held various board positions in the ALPFA Houston Professional Chapter from October 2011 through October 2014. Marisela graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston—Downtown in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance.
