Deborah Griffith is an Associate in the Corporate and Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan. She is currently a member of the Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Administration Team in the Dallas office, Ms. Griffith began her career with J.P. Morgan in 2011. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ms. Griffith was a Senior Associate at Rothstein Kass working with various domestic and offshore clients within the alternative investment industry, including hedge funds, fund of funds and management companies, and has experience with long-short equity securities, fixed-income securities, commodities and various derivative products. Ms. Griffith received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Research Coordinator, HBK Capital
Brooke Ansel is a research coordinator and trade floor assistant at HBK Capital Management. She works with New York and Dallas-based investment professionals in a number of capacities including identifying value-added research and managing all sell-side events. Prior to joining HBK, Brooke spent four years at Neiman Marcus in their Executive Development Program. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003 with a B.B.A in finance and will obtain an M.B.A from SMU in August 2011. Brooke is also an active member of the Young Friends of the Ronald McDonald House.
Stacey W. Barnett

Stacey Barnett is a Managing Director of fixed income sales and joined SAMCO Capital Markets in 2005. Stacey is a second generation fixed income salesperson, joining her father who was in the business 35 years. Prior to joining SAMCO, Stacey spent a year as a fixed income salesperson for Stephens, Inc. in Little Rock and St. Petersburg, FL. Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. She is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and holds a Uniform Securities Agent State Law License (Series 63). She also coaches girls basketball for a Dallas YMCA youth sports league.
Sallie H. Behnke
Senior Vice President – Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney
As a founding partner of The Rockefeller Center Group, Sallie Behnke is a Senior Vice President and Family Wealth Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Sallie moved from Merrill Lynch to the new firm in May 2009. She has been a Financial Advisor since 1999 and serves as a Relationship Manager designing and implementing wealth management strategies for clients including extensive financial modeling and asset allocation analyses. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation after attending the course of study at the Wharton School of Business. She is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), Texas Wall Street Women (TXWSW), and Women’s Finance Exchange (WFE). Prior to her career at Merrill Lynch, Sallie was a tax consultant at Ernst & Young in its Personal Financial Counseling Group, where she counseled clients on personal financial matters relating to investment asset allocation, executive compensation, and trust and estate planning. Sallie graduated from Visitation Academy High School in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her BS in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri School of Business. Sallie and her husband Jared, currently reside in Dallas. Sallie and Jared are active travelers and enjoy spending time with their sons, Will and Wynn.
J.P. Morgan Private Bank
Kristen Cobb joined the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in 2010. Prior to joining she spent six years at Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management Group where she worked most recently as a Private Wealth Advisor counseling foundations and high net worth families throughout the Southwest. Kristen graduated cum laude from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She is actively involved in the Dallas community through the Junior League of Dallas and has served as a telephone volunteer for the CONTACT Crisis Line for the past five years.
Director of Alternative Fund Services, Burgher Haggard
Shea has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry. She serves at a fractional CFO, complete with an entire back office team, for funds in the alternative investment industry. Prior to joining Burgher Haggard, she was a Partner and CFO for PTA Capital, an emerging Private Equity fund. Shea served as the National Technical Advisor for the Investment Funds Industry at the IRS. She has Big 4 Accounting firm experience in both Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence and structuring, as well as running the Alternative Investment Industry platform for the Ernst & Young Dallas office. Prior to her accounting work, she was an Investment Banker in NYC, focused on tax advantaged structured finance. Shea serves on the Board for the Texas Hedge Fund Association and the Host Committee for GIBI – Great Investor’s Best Ideas Symposium. Shea is a graduate of Texas A&M University, BBA and Masters in Tax, and holds her CPA license in the State of Texas.
Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations, Paradigm Advisors, LLC
Tiffany Ramirez has been with Paradigm Advisors, LLC since 2006. Ms. Ramirez serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations, overseeing back office operations, regulatory affairs, investor relations and compliance. Prior to joining Paradigm, Ms. Ramirez worked in acquisitions and mergers for Dallas-based private equity firm TRT Holdings. In 2004, Ms. Ramirez received her B.A. in English from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is currently at work on her MBA. Ms. Ramirez is active in her church and several Dallas-area non-profits, focusing heavily on children’s issues and the TX foster system, animal rights and rescue, addiction recovery, and serving the needs of the underprivileged. She resides in the Dallas area.
Tax Senior Manager, Deloitte Tax LLP

Teri Sowder is a Tax Senior Manager in the Dallas office of Deloitte Tax LLP. She currently serves as the Lead Tax Senior Manager for her firm’s Dallas Hedge Fund Practice and is very involved with firm recruiting and marketing.
With over eight years of experience, Ms. Sowder has served a wide variety of clients in the alternative investment industry, including hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds and real estate funds. Ms. Sowder provides a variety of services, including tax compliance and tax consulting and has managed numerous tax engagements and special projects for clients of all sizes.
Ms. Sowder graduated from the Jerry S Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University in December 1999 with a Master of Science degree in taxation and December 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
Ms. Sowder is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed to practice in Texas. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, The Real Estate Council, and Texas Hedge Fund Association.
Lynda A. Villarreal

As Vice President, Business Development for MadisonGrey, Lynda A. Villarreal is responsible for expanding MadisonGrey’s fund administration services to hedge fund and fund of funds. Previously, she has more than thirteen years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining MadisonGrey, Lynda worked in Dallas in sales for Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, Northern Trust Bank and Lehman Brothers. Lynda is a 1993 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She has held NASD Series 7, 65 and 63 securities licenses.
