Allison M. Westmoreland is a Charitable Planning Associate for Fidelity Charitable®, an independent public charity that has helped donors support more than 219,000 nonprofit organizations with more than $22 billion in grants since its inception in 1991. The mission of Fidelity Charitable is to further the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make charitable giving simple and effective. Mrs. Westmoreland assumed her current position in 2014. In this role, Mrs. Westmoreland is a premier resource on charitable planning for advisors and their clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. She educates advisors on current charitable planning trends and strategies while leveraging Fidelity Charitable’s donor-advised fund program, to help philanthropic clients give more to the charities they support.
Mrs. Westmoreland received a Bachelor of Business Administration from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas. She currently serves as a member of the Junior League of Fort Worth, March of Dimes – Signature Chef’s Event Committee Member, Polish, Texas Exes Fort Worth Chapter and Association for Corporate Growth.

Sharon Cooper provides practical, effective transactional and general corporate legal advice to corporate clients who expect significant experience, responsiveness and value from their outside counsel. Sharon concentrates her practice on mergers, acquisitions, corporate securities and general corporate compliance issues for a wide array of publicly traded and private companies.
Having previously served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded company, Sharon understands how to balance her detailed and conscientious approach to advising her corporate clients with how her legal advice affects the bigger picture in relation to their businesses.
Her practice includes (1) representing public and private companies in mergers and stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, (2) representing publicly traded companies in both the public and private issuance and resale of securities and (3) advising public companies regarding reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, compliance with stock exchange requirements, corporate governance and the conduct of annual and special stockholder meetings.

Ms. Jones founded Pyxis Care Management, a healthcare advocacy firm. She brings over 18 years of management and corporate experience with extensive senior management background in business analysis, sales, and marketing. With masters’ degrees from Purdue University and the University of Texas at Dallas, her emphasis has been on strategic planning, market research, and business plan proposals. Mindy is a Texas Certified Guardian, a Certified Senior Advisor, and was named a “Healthcare Hero” by the Fort Worth Business Press. Community service plays an important role in her life. Not only is she a mother, she is also a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of America and a member of National Alliance on Mental Illness. She and her husband are active in their church and in scouting as well as in their children’s schools.

Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer, Fort Worth Employees’ Retirement Fund
Joelle Mevi has served as the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the Fort Worth Employees’ Retirement Fund since March 2014. This leadership role is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the $2.1 billion defined benefit trust Fund, including implementation of Board policy, strategic planning, investment program oversight, benefit administration, stakeholder outreach and staff development.
Joelle has over 20 years of governmental finance and investing experience. Before moving to Texas in 2014, Joelle served as CIO of the New Mexico Public Employees Retirement Association’s $13 billion defined benefit trust and $400 million 457 Plan and as CIO for the New Mexico State Treasurer’s Office, investing the State’s $4 billion operating funds and procuring a AAA money market fund rating for the $1 billion Local Government Investment Pool. She also served as the Cash and Investment Officer and Chief Accountant for the City of Santa Fe NM prior to entering State government.
Joelle earned an M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University East Bay. She holds a Government Finance Manager Certification from the Association of Government Accountants and is a member of the National Council of Public Employees Retirement Systems, the Texas Association of Public Employees Retirement Systems, and the Government Finance Officers Association.

Shoshana Thoma-Isgur is Associate General Counsel at First Cash, Inc., a public company located in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to joining First Cash, Shoshana was a Principal Consultant at ACA Compliance Group, where she was responsible for assisting with compliance program reviews, and drafting compliance policies, procedures, and manuals for investment advisers. Prior to joining ACA, Shoshana was a partner at two international law firms, where she advised clients on investment adviser compliance, securities regulatory, and private fund formation issues. Before moving over to private practice, Shoshana spent almost eight years as an SEC Enforcement Attorney conducting securities law investigations. Shoshana was a member of the SEC’s Asset Management Unit and liaised with SEC examiners on various issues that arose during examinations. Shoshana started her career at a regional law firm before joining the SEC staff in Fort Worth.
Shoshana earned her law degree, cum laude, from St. Mary’s School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Shoshana also serves on the board of the Texas Oklahoma Plains Girl Scouts Council.
