Amy is a Senior Operations Analyst at Carlson Capital, L.P., where she is responsible for the Collateral, Margin and Cash management functions for the firm. She has been with Carlson for over 4 years and has 8 years experience in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining Carlson, Amy worked in Operations at HBK Investments and as an Audit Associate for KPMG.
Amy, a Certified Public Accountant, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 2001 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters of Accountancy. She has also served on the Board of Camp Sol, Inc., a Dallas-based non-profit organization.

As Chairman of the Firm’s Private Equity Practice Group, Gina Betts has extensive experience in corporate and securities law including representing corporations in public offerings of debt and equity securities, representing issuers in private placements of debt and equity securities, preparing SEC reports, and counseling on general SEC compliance. Additionally, she focuses her practice on representing purchasers and sellers of both public and private corporations.
Ms. Betts is also a member of the Firm’s nationally-ranked REIT practice.
Ms. Betts is also a leader in the Firm’s philanthropic efforts with her leadership in the Foundation for the Education of Young Women, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. She is also the chairman of the 2007 Cattle Baron’s Ball, the largest single day fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.

Cindy has 13 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. She is currently responsible for prospecting and building ongoing client relationships for J.P. Morgan Prime Brokerage in the Midwest, South and Southeast. Cindy was formerly with Bear Stearns, which was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2008. She initially joined Bear Stearns in New York in 1996, where she underwent an analyst training program. Shortly thereafter, she began to work closely with hedge funds, other investment managers, and investors via Prime Brokerage Services in various capacities. Cindy has spent the past 9 years in Sales in New York, Chicago, and Dallas.
Cindy graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in English. She serves on the board of Chicago Hedge Funds Care and Capital for Kids in Dallas.
Lisa R. Calloway
Lisa Calloway joined Merrill Lynch after receiving her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm – Lisa worked in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs, and as an Investment Manager at Morgan Stanley. In addition, she was a Project Manager in the Semiconductor Sales and Marketing Division at Texas Instruments. Lisa received her BS in electrical engineering from Tennessee State University. She has volunteered with the North Texas Food Bank, Scottish Rite Hospital, and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.
Lisa is an active member of the Tennessee State and Wharton Alumni Associations. She also participates in activities sponsored by the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., and the Dallas Wine Club.
Tina L. Hernandez
Ms. Hernandez graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in 1991. She began her career with Dean Witter as a junior analyst in their mutual fund unit. From 1996 to 2000, Ms. Hernandez was a business analyst then transitioned over to an equity trader with Montgomery Asset Management in San Francisco. From 2000 to 2001, Ms. Hernandez was a Senior Trader with Avalon Global Asset Management, a hedge fund start-up with a technology bias. From 2001 until 2003, Ms. Hernandez was the Senior Trader at Precept Asset Management, a long-short discipline supported by options strategies. In 2003 Ms. Hernandez was employed by Arbitex Asset Management, L.P. where she traded a portion of the convertible bond portfolio. Ms. Hernandez currently co-manages the convertible securities portfolio at Tugar Capital. She is also instrumental in running other aspects of the business.
Amy has practiced in public accounting for more than 25 years, including 20 years of tax consulting and tax planning experience.
She works with clients on tax compliance, tax planning, and audit controversy matters. Amy has extensive experience in federal and state issues for both corporations and partnerships.
Her industry experience includes technology, manufacturing, retail, services, real estate and energy. In addition, Amy implemented FIN 48 while in industry. She currently heads the hedge fund tax practice and is involved in private equity consulting.
Before joining BDO Seidman, Amy served as a tax manager at a Big 4 accounting firm and as an in-house manager in industry. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas and is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs.

Ivana Kovacevic Rouse is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld, LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with a concentration in the formation and operation of U.S. domestic and offshore private investment funds. Ms. Rouse advises clients on conducting private placements, registration with governmental authorities and other compliance issues under the securities laws. Her practice also includes assisting clients in drafting management entity governing documents for various fund management structures, as well as advising on related investment management agreements and related issues.
Ms. Rouse received her B.B.A. summa cum laude and her B.A. summa cum laude in English literature in 2003 and her J.D. cum laude in 2006 from Southern Methodist University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and staff editor of the International Lawyer, a quarterly publication by the International Section of the American Bar Association. Orly Sulami is an attorney in the Business Planning and Tax Practice Group of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Her practice focuses on the taxation, organization and operation of various business entities, with a primary focus on investment funds and real estate related transactions. Before joining Haynes and Boone, Orly was a tax associate in the International Tax Practice Group at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Orly received a J.D. from Southern Methodist University where she graduated summa cum laude and was a Sumners Scholar. Prior to law school, Orly earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters of Professional Accounting degree with an emphasis in taxation from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.

Perth Tolle is the founder of Life + Liberty Indexes, which provides indexes that incorporate human and economic freedom metrics as primary factors in the investment selection process. Perth also recently joined Amplify ETFs, as VP of Distribution. Amplify is an ETF issuer that provides ETFs powered by investment strategies from index providers and asset managers within unique market segments. Prior to forming Life + Liberty Indexes, Perth was a private wealth advisor at Fidelity Investments where she managed key relationships in CA and TX. Perth grew up in both China and the US, spending considerable time in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Through her China experience she gained a high level of conviction regarding the impact of human and economic freedoms on markets. She enjoys speaking at industry events about various China topics, trends to watch in indexing and ETFs, and the revolution of impact investing. Brianna Letzelter is the Capital Introduction Vice President for Cowen Group in Dallas, TX. The Capital Introduction team provides customers with additional resources for their sales and marketing strategy. Cowen Prime Services offers a suite of services to assist managers in raising capital from investors such as family offices, fund of funds, wealth advisors, foundations, endowments and emerging manager platforms.
Previously, Brianna served as Director of Operations and Business Development for Park City Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund based in Dallas.
Prior to Park City Capital, she spent 3 years in New York City as an Operations Analyst for Highbridge Capital Management, a $25 billion alternative management investment firm founded in 1992.

As a founding partner of The Rockefeller Center Group, Sallie Behnke is a Senior Vice President and Family Wealth Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Sallie moved from Merrill Lynch to the new firm in May 2009. She has been a Financial Advisor since 1999 and serves as a Relationship Manager designing and implementing wealth management strategies for clients including extensive financial modeling and asset allocation analyses. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation after attending the course of study at the Wharton School of Business. She is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), Texas Wall Street Women (TXWSW), and Women’s Finance Exchange (WFE). Prior to her career at Merrill Lynch, Sallie was a tax consultant at Ernst & Young in its Personal Financial Counseling Group, where she counseled clients on personal financial matters relating to investment asset allocation, executive compensation, and trust and estate planning. Sallie graduated from Visitation Academy High School in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her BS in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri School of Business. Sallie and her husband Jared, currently reside in Dallas. Sallie and Jared are active travelers and enjoy spending time with their sons, Will and Wynn.
Alexandra is a derivatives analyst with J.P. Morgan’s investor services team. She provides third party valuation on various OTC derivatives. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Alexandra interned with the Texas Employees Retirement System on the global equities and external advisers team.
Alexandra graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin with a degree in finance. She is currently working towards her CFA.

Shea has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry. She serves at a fractional CFO, complete with an entire back office team, for funds in the alternative investment industry. Prior to joining Burgher Haggard, she was a Partner and CFO for PTA Capital, an emerging Private Equity fund. Shea served as the National Technical Advisor for the Investment Funds Industry at the IRS. She has Big 4 Accounting firm experience in both Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence and structuring, as well as running the Alternative Investment Industry platform for the Ernst & Young Dallas office. Prior to her accounting work, she was an Investment Banker in NYC, focused on tax advantaged structured finance. Shea serves on the Board for the Texas Hedge Fund Association and the Host Committee for GIBI – Great Investor’s Best Ideas Symposium. Shea is a graduate of Texas A&M University, BBA and Masters in Tax, and holds her CPA license in the State of Texas.

Martha Nelson has over 2 1/2 years of experience in public accounting. Since joining Andersen Tax in May 2016, she has worked closely with teams in its Private Client Services group to provide comprehensive tax planning solutions to high net worth individual, closely-held business, and family office clients.
Martha’s contributions to the firm include preparing content for the Andersen Tax quarterly newsletter and conducting local office trainings. Additionally, she has assisted with cost segregation studies to provide accelerated depreciation deductions to clients with real estate holdings.
Before joining Andersen Tax, Martha worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Publicly Traded Partnerships (PTP) tax group, having previously interned with the Policy Administration/Title department at New York Life Insurance Company.
