Following a successful career with The Staubach Company, a commercial real estate services firm, Ka Cotter is now leveraging her experience to the benefit of high growth companies, small businesses and community leadership.
Mrs. Cotter was part of the leadership team that grew The Staubach Company from a local real estate services firm in 1980 to a $500 million multinational firm that merged with Jones Lang LaSalle in July of 2008. Her skills include corporate real estate, construction, sales and sales management, growth strategies for service firms, corporate governance and corporate culture.
She served in multiple leadership roles at The Staubach Company including Broker, Regional Manager, National Sales Manager, Division President, Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman. She has a degree in Business Education and post graduate classes in finance, management, corporate governance and commercial real estate.

Mrs. Cotter was recently selected to serve on the Advisory Board of Capview Partners, a real estate investment and fund management firm.
In addition to board service, Mrs. Cotter is active in the non profit community serving on the advisory boards of The Center for Brain Health, The Perot Museum, 4wordwomen.com, and WiNGS for Women (formerly YWCA). She also continues her passion for mentoring young professional women to help them reach their full potential.
