Kay McConaughey will be speaking to TXWSW and the students at the Ann Richards School about her new book – I Amaze Myself. The event will be held at the Ann Richards School in Austin TX at 8:30 am. This promises to be an amazing event!
|Human nature and the psychology of investing cause individuals to make bad decisions. Understanding these behavioral biases will help you overcome these tendencies and become a better investor, and perhaps even exploit inefficiencies created in the market by others’ irrational behavior. This discussion will be interactive with the audience, and it will provide a case study on how even professional investors fall into these psychological traps. Although Ryan will center his discussion on investments, the concepts can be applied to decisions we make every day.|
