Erin is passionate about finding and acquiring the best talent, in the most interesting and authentic ways for each of her clients. She draws on more than 25 years of experience as a global Talent Acquisition leader, Executive Recruiter, and RPO general manager. She helps companies improve their candidate experience, optimize processes and metrics, and enhance their employment brand. She also advises on whether to outsource recruitment, which partner to choose and how best to implement.
Erin had the privilege to live and work in West Europe while with Accenture, and has led recruiting teams across the US, India, and Europe. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Staffing Management Association and I.C. Stars, a Chicago based not-for-profit.  She lives with her husband and Golden Retriever, Moab in Austin, Texas and in addition to serving her clients with gusto, she is a volunteer with Mobile Loaves and Fishes.
Erin has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, HR Executive Magazine and has published on The Muse and in the Journal of Corporate Recruiting Leadership. She hosts a podcast interviewing global recruiting leaders called “Big Fish in the Talent Pool” with ERE Media. She is the recipient of the 2009 Staffing Professional of the Year award from the Staffing Management Association (a SHRM affiliate) in Chicago.
