Chris is head of the US Real Estate team within the Realty Management Division. The group is responsible for executing real estate investing strategies to source, acquire and asset manage commercial and multi-family real estate investments for divisions across the firm, financing investments and providing construction oversight for developments.
Prior to his current role, Chris spent six years in Germany where he was responsible for the asset management of portfolios of distressed debt and real estate assets across key German markets, including six regional offices with 150 employees and 20 million square feet of commercial assets. Chris joined Archon, formerly a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, in 1994 as an associate. He led real estate asset management activities for the US Eastern region of Archon from 2001 to 2004. Chris was named managing director in 2012.
Chris is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Chris earned a BA in Psychology from Gettysburg College in 1988.
